These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of bingybongyblessings.co.uk (the “Website”), operated by Bingy Bongy Blessings (“we”, “us”, “our”) in the West Midlands, UK. By using this Website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Website purpose

The Website provides information about Bingy Bongy Blessings and includes links to third-party services for event ticket purchases.

2) No sales on this Website

We do not sell tickets or take payments directly on this Website. Ticket purchases and bookings are completed on Ticket Tailor via a link from our Website.

Ticket sales: Tickets are purchased on Ticket Tailor via the “Buy Tickets via Ticket Tailor” link. We don’t take payments on this Website—checkout and payment processing (including via Stripe) happen on Ticket Tailor and are subject to their terms and policies.

3) Photography, filming & marketing (Ticket Tailor consent)

Photography & filming: We may take photographs and/or short videos during our sound baths and sessions. Some images may include identifiable faces.

How we use images: Where consent has been given, we may use images for Bingy Bongy Blessings marketing and communications, including on our website, social media, printed/digital promotional materials, and event listings.

Consent (opt-in): We will only use images that include identifiable people for marketing where you have opted in via the checkbox on our Ticket Tailor booking form (or otherwise given clear permission).

Opting out on the day: If you do not want to be photographed/filmed, please do not opt in and tell us at the start of the session; we will take reasonable steps to avoid capturing you.

Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing bingybongyblessings@gmail.com . We will stop using your image in future marketing and will remove it from our channels where reasonably possible. Please note we may not be able to remove content already shared by others or retained by third-party platforms/caches.

Group settings: As sessions are held in group environments, we cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally in background footage; we will make reasonable efforts to avoid this where you have opted out.

4) Third-party links (Ticket Tailor, Stripe, maps, etc.)

Our Website may link to or embed third-party services (including Ticket Tailor, Stripe for payments on Ticket Tailor, WhatsApp, and map services for event locations). We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, or their privacy and security practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

5) Event information and accuracy

We aim to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date, but event details (including dates, times, locations, capacity, pricing, and availability) may change. The most up-to-date booking information will be shown on Ticket Tailor.

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to disrupt it, introduce malware, scrape content unlawfully, or use the contact options to send abusive, misleading, or unsolicited messages.
